I purchased a used ISSC M22 from a local dealer and found the previous owner had scoured off the finish on the slide. I was directed to a local Las Vegas gunsmith for advice, and was told just to refinish the slide in Cerakote would be over 100.00, plus 4 to 6 weeks wait time! I found Tim's ad on Backpage and got a fast and extremely fair quote (less than half the price). I sent in my slide along with a few parts to coat on a Friday afternoon. The slide was coated and sent out the very same day it was received! Talk about impressed. In less than a week, my Glock clone is now happily plinking away at targets with a brand new, beautifully done finish.
